Are details of the Tau2 optical interface available for customers that want to use a third-party lens with the camera?

A mechanical Interface Description Document (IDD) is available as an Appendix to the User's Guide. The current Tau2 User's Guide can be downloaded from download page. The specific drawing to reference is Figure D-1 on page D-1.

The IDD should provide sufficient optical interface detail to allow customers to design or specify a third party lens.
